HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

For West Malaysia, the delivery fee is MYR 6. For East Malaysia, the shipment is MYR 9. For all shipments to Singapore we charge RM19.90

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we are covering the whole of Malaysia (west+east) and Singapore. We are working hard to make LYLA available in more countries in the coming months.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

If you live in West Malaysia your order will arrive between 2 and 3 working days. If you reside in beautiful Sabah or Sarawak it might take a little longer but no more than 5 working days. Order to Singapore usually arrive within 5-7 working days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your parcel has been sent out from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking code from our courier partner via email and/or sms.
